Senior Electrical Design Engineer, Integrated Product Team Lead

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle PCB design including requirements, schematics, component selection, layout, bring-up, and system integration.
• Manage microcontroller bring-up and design to ensure seamless integration within the larger system.
• Troubleshoot electrical and software boundary issues using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and software debugging tools.
• Perform power design and integrate power management systems and components.
• Develop payloads and subsystems including sensors, interfaces, and networking.
• Create system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses for electronic equipment.
• Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews to ensure technical accuracy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex system designs.
• Ability to perform power system and electrical loading analysis, simulation, and testing.
• High competence using lab test equipment and basic software debugging tools.
• Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces like CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, and USB.
• Experience designing mixed-signal PCBs with multiple layers, stackups, and impedance matching.
• Experience with power design, power management systems, and microcontroller bring-up.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
