Integrated Product Team Lead, Tester Supportability

What you'll do

• Lead a cross-functional team to plan, execute, and deliver Basic Order Agreement projects for the Navy Ohio Class Fire Control System.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure project success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with technical and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate planning and execution in alignment with specific BOA contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess component obsolescence and identify refresh solutions.
• Facilitate IPT meetings, reviews, and status reporting for the project team.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation within the program.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Experience leading an Integrated Product Team across engineering, program management, contracts, logistics, and supply chain functions (preferred).
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment (preferred).
• Proficiency in systems development life cycle, requirements management, and system modeling tools (preferred).
• Strong communication skills including experience in negotiation and technical leadership (preferred).
• Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation (preferred).
