Integrated Logistics Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Coordinate ILS team member assignments and maintain the team's functional capabilities.
• Ensure design interfaces occur early to incorporate supportability into the project design.
• Lead project discussions across engineering, contracts, and program management to assess ILS impacts.
• Identify technical and organizational risks and create corresponding ILS mitigation plans.
• Direct ILS project workflows to meet specific program and customer delivery requirements.
• Perform Control Account management tasks to project and control budgets.
• Manage product activities from initial definition and planning through production and end of life.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading ILS project teams and coordinating functional capabilities.
• Experience performing Control Account management (CAM) tasks for projecting and controlling budgets.
• Experience designing and managing product activities from definition through end of life.
• Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
