S&EC Technical Manager, Full Modular Stack Programs

What you'll do

• Lead engineering teams and manage resources to ensure technical excellence across assigned programs.
• Perform technical activities impacting the proposal, system level design, and manufacture of advanced electronics systems.
• Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standards and special devices.
• Oversee project operational aspects and serve as a liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
• Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare regular status reports.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and resolving issues with stakeholders and project managers.
• Identify technical and organizational risks and ensure they are included in risk mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement throughout the group and engineering processes.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant supervisory experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
• Fully proficient understanding of project leadership principles including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management, and Statistical Process Controls.
• Fully proficient knowledge of engineering processes and related disciplines.
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications and written and verbal communications.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation (preferred).
