As a Product Manager- Vice President in Treasury Services – Instant Rails- Payments, you will lead the development of a wide suite of instant settlement products featuring value-added capabilities for businesses and consumers. You will own the product P&L, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for alternative rails while managing the entire lifecycle from concept to delivery. Your daily work involves market discovery, developing business cases, executing Go-to-Market strategies, and collaborating with technology teams to build a resilient platform. You must navigate clearing house rules and risk frameworks while engaging with institutional clients across corporate, bank, and fintech segments. Key skills include design thinking, global market mindset, and experience with transaction banking suites like Liquidity products, Account Services, and Global Wires to drive international expansion.
Own the product P&L and drive high-quality growth for the alternative rails portfolio.
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the instant settlement product line.
Identify new growth opportunities through market discovery and develop formal business cases.
Execute Go-to-Market strategies and oversee the entire product launch lifecycle.
Manage executive stakeholder relationships by communicating product strategy and performance updates.
Lead product-related conversations with institutional clients to represent the bank's interests.
Partner with technology teams to guide products from initial concept through delivery.
Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify product differentiation opportunities.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience with a strong track record of ownership and accountability for Product P&L and Business Growth.
Familiarity with payment rail buying behavior of institutional clients across Corporate, Banks, Non-Bank FIs, Payments Fintech, and Innovation Economy segments.
Fundamental understanding of clearing house rules.
Global mindset to strategize for international expansion of products and thought leadership in emerging payments.
Experience in driving collaboration with global, cross-cultural teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presenting strategy and performance updates to senior executives.
Exposure to wider transaction banking suite such as Liquidity products, Account Services, and Global Wires (preferred).
Experience of direct engagement with clients, market institutions, and process auditors (preferred).
