What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to launch for merchant processing products.
  • Research industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify best practices for global payment processing.
  • Define clear requirements, use cases, and stories to guide agile scrum teams in development.
  • Design scalable product architectures using APIs and services to improve time-to-market and reduce dependencies.
  • Manage the product roadmap by balancing stakeholder input with prioritized release outputs.
  • Monitor product performance through dashboards and reports to ensure solutions meet client needs and brand requirements.
  • Develop technical specifications for data models to be used by both clients and delivery teams.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for production issues, change requests, and pre-release testing.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Strong experience with card networks, payment brand rules, regulations, specifications, interchange, tokenization, and 3DS.
  • Extensive experience in merchant acquiring, including international experience.
  • Strong experience in payments product development or platform transformation.
  • Experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, and APIs.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and managing mission-critical payment platforms (preferred).
