Payments-Integrated Digital Solutions-Product Manager-Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Drive the development of integrated banking solutions within enterprise applications like ERP, TMS, and PMS.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable execution milestones for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to scope features and maintain the roadmap for application integrations.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all products meet internal review processes.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Knowledge of how J.P. Morgan Access, file transmissions, mixed payment file processing, Treasury Services APIs, and Integrated Solutions Plugins work.
• Deep knowledge of ERP and TMS enterprise solutions (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kyriba, Yardi) and APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), API, JSON, and LLM tools (e.g. Microsoft CoPilot).
• Experience developing or working with AI agents in a treasury context (preferred); familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and agentic solutions (preferred).
