What you'll do

Develop product strategies and visions that deliver measurable value to customers.
Conduct market research and discovery efforts to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and actionable execution milestones for engineering teams.
Manage third-party vendor relationships to define scope, features, and functionality for integration contracts.
Document requirements and provide feedback throughout the full product development lifecycle.
Conduct user research and use personas to identify new integration use cases and roadmap priorities.
Maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, reliability, and feature functionality.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Knowledge of J.P. Morgan platforms (Access, file transmissions, mixed payment processing, Treasury Services APIs, Integrated Solutions Plugins) and experience onboarding clients to them.
Familiarity with ERP and TMS enterprise solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kyriba, Yardi) and APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools (Jira, Confluence), API, JSON, and LLM tools like Microsoft CoPilot.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, passion for digital transformation, or experience with AI agents/tools (preferred).
