Infrastructure Platforms Service Delivery Manager (Cloud & Hybrid) is a Senior Manager role within the Advanced Technology Centers team. The individual in this position leads engineering and support teams responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of technology platforms under managed service agreements. Key responsibilities include overseeing incident, problem, change, and release processes while ensuring systems meet strict SLAs, security requirements, and performance targets. The role involves managing technical debt, driving automation, and leading root cause analysis for major incidents. Required expertise includes Azure cloud platforms, hybrid data center configuration, ITIL frameworks, Agile/Scrum delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. The position focuses on the operational management of complex infrastructure environments to ensure high availability and reliability while providing primary technical delivery contact and executive reporting for clients navigating technology transitions.
Manage end-to-end delivery of managed services while ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
Oversee incident, problem, change, and release processes to ensure system availability and performance.
Guide architecture, design, and implementation decisions for cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
Drive automation, cloud adoption, CI/CD integration, and the reduction of technical debt.
Serve as the primary technology contact for clients and lead executive reporting and governance meetings.
Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive actions to improve service quality.
Manage budgets, resource utilization, and profitability metrics for managed services contracts.
Lead engineering and support teams to maintain and enhance infrastructure platforms.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of technical skills and administrative experience in cloud platforms (Azure), hybrid data center configuration, SDLC, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, client relationship management, financial management, and executive communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of work experience.
Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Must be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week in Tampa, Orlando, or Columbus.
