The Cloud Service Delivery Manager oversees the delivery, reliability, and operational excellence of enterprise cloud services across public, private, and hybrid environments. You will utilize skills in ITIL service management, networking, and disaster recovery to manage infrastructure in highly regulated environments. Required technical knowledge includes Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, with preferred experience in SRE, DevOps, Terraform, and observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Azure Monitor.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery and operational performance of cloud infrastructure and platform services.
  • Ensure cloud services meet defined SLAs, availability targets, and customer expectations.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for major incidents and recurring issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage cloud governance to ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize cloud operating costs through consumption monitoring and vendor management.
  • Lead and mentor cloud operations personnel while promoting an automation-first culture.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Cloud Operations and internal business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Operations, or Service Delivery.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing cloud operations, service delivery, or infrastructure teams.
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale cloud environments in highly regulated organizations.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL service management principles and operational processes.
  • Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Work Authorization.
