What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Micron's AI platforms from evaluation to retirement.
  • Lead deployment and optimization of AI platforms for production readiness and efficiency.
  • Manage cost economics of AI platforms, translating them into transparent business metrics.
  • Define and operate service management frameworks for incident response and continuous improvement.
  • Drive adoption through a clear service catalog and comprehensive enablement programs.
  • Embed Responsible AI controls and manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Over 7 years of experience in enterprise IT, platform operations, service management, or product management.
  • At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including building and leading multi-disciplinary teams globally.
  • Working knowledge of modern enterprise AI stack and operating practices at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with SLAs/SLOs, change and problem management, and major incident response.
  • Familiarity with FinOps, TBM, chargeback/showback models, and license optimization.
  • Proven ability to operate in regulated environments with respect for data protection and Responsible AI principles.
