VP Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, design standards, and lifecycle management of the Citrix platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud-based production Citrix infrastructure for clients and operations teams.
• Resolve high-priority incidents and perform root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Manage client onboarding including environment provisioning, connectivity, service integration, and security configuration.
• Ensure high service availability through resilient design, monitoring, and automation.
• Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for Citrix environments in Azure.
• Own the Disaster Recovery strategy and validation processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Four years of operational experience supporting mission-critical production systems in an enterprise-level Azure cloud environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Citrix infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service, and Cloud Connectors.
• Solid understanding of core IT concepts including load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML/Single Sign-On, and Entra ID.
• Four years of experience administering MS Windows Server systems, Certificate Services, MS Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and experience with Azure Log Analytics.
• IT Certifications such as Citrix or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting (preferred).
