What you'll do

Provision infrastructure for application teams using Terraform, Packer, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in AWS, Azure, and OCI environments.
Lead the management of event monitoring, alerting, and notification systems using Splunk.
Serve as the lead platform engineer for the MLOps solution running on DataRobot.
Design and employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate and standardize the observability stack.
Create web interfaces, APIs, and integrations between messaging platforms and customers using queueing services.
Build and manage Docker containers and custom images to manage the application life cycle.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
Develop custom applications, tables, and catalogs in ServiceNow to automate operational tasks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field plus 3 years of experience as a Platform Engineer.
Experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, OCI) and virtual services such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
Proficiency in DevOps tools including Terraform, Packer, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, and Ansible.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure using IaC practices.
Ability to write Python and Bash scripts for automating common tasks.
Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows Operating Systems and their associated governance and lifecycle management.
Strong communication skills to explain complex tasks to management and collaborate with technical and business teams.
