Senior Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain Windows workstation patching cycles and verify security updates.
• Create and deploy application deployment packages using Microsoft Config Manager and Intune.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate daily operational tasks.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and manage security patching for both Windows and Mac devices.
• Monitor platform health and perform routine audits to ensure endpoint compliance with corporate standards.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for workstation hardware, software, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Analyze system data and generate reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience in deploying and packaging desktop software applications on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Config Manager, Intune, and Patch MyPC for third-party applications is required.
• Strong experience using PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate day-to-day tasks is required.
• Experience with JAMF console and deploying security updates on Mac devices is required.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Apple operating systems, DNS, Active Directory, and security tools is required.
• Data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI and Advanced Insights are required.
