What you'll do

• Define, execute, and maintain IT Asset Management processes across the entire asset lifecycle.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal handbooks.
• Perform regular process reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses.
• Track and manage process issues, findings, and remediation actions through to completion.
• Support audit, risk, and regulatory activities by documenting controls and providing evidence.
• Model and document business, process, and data requirements for ITAM initiatives.
• Translate technical solutions into understandable information for project stakeholders and partners.
• Drive operational efficiency by integrating ITAM practices with ITIL processes like incident and change management.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in the specific role.
• Experience defining, documenting, and implementing process frameworks including standards, SOPs, controls, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, databases, networks, and cloud services.
• Experience with an ITSM/ITAM tool and asset repository/CMDB, including data quality management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned processes and controls including request fulfillment, change/MACD, incident linkage, and audit readiness.
• Stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle operations or similar end-to-end operational processes (preferred).
