Staff Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Administer and support Dynatrace enterprise monitoring environments for business-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions including alerting, dashboards, and automated observability across hybrid platforms.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent technologies to monitor application health, performance, and user experience.
• Develop custom monitoring extensions, SQL/Oracle scripts, and automation tools for infrastructure and application tracking.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide technical expertise during major incident response and war room activities.
• Integrate monitoring platforms with ServiceNow and other enterprise event management systems to automate incident workflows.
• Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable monitoring strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and compliance records for regulated infrastructure environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10 years of relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years supporting enterprise monitoring or observability platforms.
• 5+ years supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience administering Dynatrace or comparable monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, and database monitoring.
• Experience working in regulated utility, critical infrastructure, energy, or large enterprise environments (preferred).
• Dynatrace Professional or Associate Certification (preferred); Splunk, SolarWinds, or OpenShift experience (preferred).
