As an Infrastructure Engineer III within the Corporate Sector – Infrastructure Platforms, you will apply technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope. You will focus on improving data and systems running at scale, ensuring end-to-end monitoring of applications while making significant decisions for projects involving multiple technologies. Your daily work includes building hands-on agentic automation for operational workflows like triage and runbook execution, identifying recurring capacity risks, and designing dashboards. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities, GitHub Copilot, and coding assistants to accelerate monitoring and documentation. Required skills include proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and programming languages like GO or .NET. You must also possess experience with Linux/Windows, networking, databases, and observability tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Cloudwatch, and Splunk.
Apply technical knowledge to improve data and systems running at scale while ensuring end-to-end application monitoring.
Use enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation while maintaining strict security standards.
Build hands-on agentic automation for operational workflows including triage, runbook execution, and incident summarization.
Identify recurring capacity risks and improve remediation workflows using reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches.
Collect and analyze telemetry data to design and implement dashboards for system reliability and performance.
Diagnose and implement changes to resolve issues and modernize technology processes.
Partner with teams to identify capacity risks and remediate platform interdependencies and limitations.
Establish service level indicators and objectives by collaborating with stakeholders and technical experts.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations to ensure outcomes align with resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
Proficiency in scripting/automation and infrastructure-as-code (Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform) and fluency in at least one programming language.
Experience with multiple cloud technologies and the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows), networking protocols, databases, deployment practices, and automation.
Advanced knowledge of reliability, scalability, performance, security, enterprise system architecture, and toil reduction best practices.
Advanced knowledge of observability and telemetry tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Cloudwatch, and Splunk.
