What you'll do

Configure, maintain, monitor, and optimize application infrastructure to improve reliability and scalability.
Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for assigned platforms.
Design and implement deployment strategies using automated continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
Identify patterns in operational signals to mitigate reliability risks and reduce recurring toil.
Resolve complex technical problems by proactively addressing issues based on service level indicators and objectives.
Develop and test automated solutions to decompose and improve existing system architectures.
Proactively identify business roadblocks and explore new technologies to solve infrastructure challenges.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts and 3+ years of experience (NAMR/APAC/LATAM).
Advanced experience with site reliability engineering for EMEA/LATAM-Brazil regions.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net.
Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support SRE workflows while following data sensitivity requirements.
Experience in observability including white and black box monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling.
Familiarity with container orchestration and troubleshooting common networking technologies.
Experience with infrastructure components like Compute, Storage, Networks, and Databases across public/private/hybrid cloud environments (preferred).
