Infrastructure Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial kick-off and planning to go-live and post-launch review.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership to manage expectations and report progress.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and create proactive mitigation plans to prevent timeline impacts.
• Map out cross-team dependencies across various technologies and escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed plans and measurable outcomes for infrastructure programs.
• Analyze complex delivery data to identify patterns and define actionable improvements for program performance.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality using industry-recognized methods and tools.

What we're looking for

• Possess extensive hands-on experience managing end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrate strong project management proficiency in scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.
• Use industry-recognized project management methods and tools.
• Apply practical understanding of hybrid delivery models including distributed teams and onsite client interactions.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed plans and measurable outcomes.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex delivery data and define actionable improvements.
