What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end IT service delivery across Cloud and Infrastructure environments.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA KPIs and contractual commitments for service performance.
  • Oversee daily operations including incident resolution, service requests, and operational stability.
  • Manage cloud operations to ensure availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee administration and support for network, database, storage, and backup components.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders for service reviews.
  • Drive initiatives for process enhancement, automation implementation, and cost reduction.
  • Lead cross-functional technical teams including resource planning and performance management.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery with strong exposure to Cloud and Infrastructure operations.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing multi-geo and multi-tower large technology teams.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong ITIL/ITSM process expertise including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cognizant ATK solutions and implementations.
  • Experience managing cloud operations including network, database, storage, backup, and compute.
