What you'll do

Lead systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised application systems.
Design, build, and optimize high-throughput data subscription models using Ab Initio and EzData.
Conduct technical code reviews and validation to ensure code quality and governance across engineering teams.
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements including throughput, latency, disaster recovery, and data lineage.
Drive all testing phases including Unit, System Integration, User Acceptance, and Parallel Acceptance Testing.
Develop reconciliation queries and validation routines to ensure 100% data fidelity between systems.
Manage end-to-end defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and issue tracking using Jira.
Mentor and coach mid-level developers while managing work allocation and technical standards.

What we're looking for

6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
Demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and clear communication.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree (preferred).
Proficiency with Ab Initio suite, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix scripting, SFTP/NDM, IBM COS S3, and Jira.
