Information Security Engineering Manager, IAM

What you'll do

• Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and evolution for enterprise credential vaulting, session management, and secrets management.
• Lead teams in securing privileged credentials and access paths for both human and non-human identities.
• Modernize legacy access models into automated, policy-driven, and API-integrated solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate DevSecOps and automation patterns into CI/CD pipelines for secret delivery and infrastructure-as-code enablement.
• Mitigate risks by eliminating hard-coded credentials, shared accounts, and excessive entitlements across hybrid environments.
• Manage a team of engineers to design, implement, and support complex PAM solutions using tools like CyberArk.
• Provide security consulting and oversight to ensure privileged access patterns meet regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis for incidents related to privileged access.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with CyberArk credential management system (preferred).
• Experience with Agentic AI identity frameworks like SPIFFE and SPIRE (preferred).
• Experience managing and developing high-performing Agile teams focused on Privileged Access Management and security engineering (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps patterns for privileged access, including secure CI/CD integration and automated credential delivery (preferred).
• Hands-on understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native environments from a privileged access perspective (preferred).
• Proficiency with cloud and hybrid architectures requiring secure privileged access and integration with cloud IAM (preferred).
