Senior Cybersecurity Engineer IAM

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and operate identity and access management controls across the Pismo platform.
• Build secure, automated, and auditable access models for both human and non-human identities.
• Implement least-privilege and zero-trust IAM practices within a multi-tenant payments environment.
• Develop scalable permission models and manage privileged access across multicloud and hybrid environments.
• Create reusable IAM automation components using Python, APIs, SDKs, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Provide security and governance oversight for AI-enabled identity use cases and agentic systems.
• Ensure all identity systems comply with corporate technical requirements and internal AI governance standards.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, JD, MD) may substitute for some years of experience.
• Multicloud IAM Architecture is mandatory.
• IAM Automation and Engineering are critical requirements.
• Proven experience operating at Senior/Consultant level influencing architecture and governance decisions (preferred).
• Experience designing and operating IAM across multicloud environments including AWS and hybrid models (preferred).
• Coding skills in Python or equivalent languages, including API/SDK usage and IaC tools like Terraform (preferred).
• Experience governing privileged access and cloud governance for vulnerability scanning and configuration (preferred).
