What you'll do

  • Own and execute the enterprise PAM roadmap aligned with Zero Trust objectives and identity security initiatives.
  • Define and maintain PAM standards and governance practices in partnership with risk and architecture teams.
  • Design and deliver enterprise PAM and secrets management capabilities across all environments.
  • Modernize privileged access through risk-based, least-privilege, and just-in-time access models.
  • Evaluate new PAM technologies based on technical fit, risk, and cost.
  • Oversee the remediation of vulnerabilities, control gaps, audit findings, and technical debt.
  • Lead a global engineering team by managing daily activities, removing barriers, and mentoring staff.
  • Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the IAM Product Owner to meet OKRs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • At least 7 years of experience focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Experience leading and developing security engineering teams within a large, global organization.
  • Proficiency with enterprise PAM and secrets management platforms such as Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp Vault.
  • Hands-on knowledge of PAM solutions supporting Windows, UNIX/Linux, and databases.
  • Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies and collaborating with Product Owners via tools like Jira.
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or comparable credentials (preferred).
