Information Security Analyst, Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Monitor all system alerts to maintain the health of critical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with clients and coordinate timely resolutions across affected systems.
• Assess the risk and operational impact of change events and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Provide technical application support for security infrastructure in production and UAT environments.
• Manage the stability, capacity, and performance of security applications and platforms.
• Validate that operational security requirements are met during system changes and integrations.
• Maintain and improve scripts and automation tools to enhance monitoring and process efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux and Windows operating systems in an operational or system administration capacity.
• Must possess working knowledge of network security components including load balancers, proxy servers, and firewalls.
• Must be familiar with file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) and encryption protocols (PGP, TLS, SSH).
• Must have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to engage across all levels of the organization.
• Must possess an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, or data encryption systems (preferred).
• Experience using monitoring or automation tools such as Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, or ServiceNow (preferred).
• Familiarity with web/application servers and database platforms like Oracle or SQL Server (preferred).
• Scripting capability in Shell, PowerShell, SQL, or equivalent languages for security operations (preferred).
• Broad understanding of security architectures and network protocols in enterprise environments (preferred).
