AI & Offensive Security Analyst - Vice President is a hands-on practitioner role within the Advanced Pentesting & Research team. The successful candidate will drive offensive security research, conduct vulnerability discovery, and develop AI-powered security tooling and automation to defend against threats at scale. Key responsibilities include performing deep vulnerability research on LLM-based systems and inference endpoints, building autonomous scanning agents, and conducting penetration testing across web, network, and binary domains. The role requires analyzing polyglot codebases for logic flaws and identifying novel attack techniques. Required skills include proficiency with Burp Suite, SAST/DAST scanners, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot. This position addresses the security of complex systems by integrating AI-driven pipelines to automate information security controls and mitigate risks across the firm's technology landscape through proactive research and development.
Perform vulnerability research on LLM systems, AI pipelines, and prompt injection vectors.
Build and maintain AI harnesses for autonomous scanning, exploit classification, and threat detection.
Prototype novel attack techniques and defensive countermeasures to update internal security standards.
Analyze polyglot source code using manual review and AI-augmented static analysis to find flaws.
Conduct offensive security assessments and penetration testing against applications, infrastructure, and ML systems.
Automate and standardize information security controls using AI-driven pipelines to improve detection fidelity.
What we're looking for
Must have 6 or more years of experience in Cyber Security or a related field.
A Master's degree in computer science or cyber security is required with at least 3 years of penetration testing or application development experience.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or cyber security is required with at least 5 years of penetration testing or application development experience.
Must have hands-on experience with security and software engineering tools including Burp Suite, SAST/DAST scanners, and AI coding assistants.
Must demonstrate proficiency in penetration testing across web, network, and binary domains.
Must possess a strong R&D mindset to identify research opportunities and translate findings into actionable tooling or defensive improvements.
Must be proficient in reading, understanding, and navigating polyglot codebases to identify logic flaws and security weaknesses.
Must have experience with AI-powered security tools, LLM-based systems, and automated vulnerability scanning.
