Anduril’s Space Planning team is seeking an experienced Industrial Space Planner to optimize layouts and designs for R&D facilities, ensuring efficient workflows while adhering to safety standards. In this role, you will collaborate with Division Leads and Industrial Engineers to understand space needs and design optimized layouts using AutoCAD and other planning tools. Responsibilities include evaluating space requests, building capacity models, and developing future-state growth scenarios to support manufacturing ramp-ups and R&D pipeline growth. You will also partner with Facilities to assess infrastructure requirements and analyze workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, proficiency in CAD software, ArcGIS, Archibus, Power BI, JIRA, and a strong understanding of spatial layout principles and lean production methods.

What you'll do
