What you'll do

Develop and maintain rolling 18–24 month space demand forecasts for office, lab, and industrial requirements.
Analyze complex adjacency requirements to optimize portfolio layout and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Create and present multiple space allocation plans to secure executive decisions on building assignments.
Manage transition planning and construction phasing to relocate teams with minimal disruption to programs.
Lead, mentor, and grow the Space Planning team while implementing data-driven tools and methodologies.
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders to align space plans with corporate goals.
Shape long-term portfolio strategy for global expansion and site growth in Southern California.

What we're looking for

Must have 15+ years of experience in space planning, occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or facilities planning.
Must have at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role managing complex, multi-building portfolios.
Must be a U.S. Person to access export-controlled information and facilities.
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
Must demonstrate success in fast-growing manufacturing, technology, or multi-division organizations with R&D and industrial environments.
Must be proficient in space management software, data analytics, and scenario modeling tools.
Must have experience building high-performing teams and influencing senior executives in matrixed environments.
Must have experience executing large-scale moves and portfolio transformations in high-growth settings.
