What you'll do

Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term space planning strategies for the North America data center portfolio.
Create space allocation plans to optimize utilization while supporting operational growth and business requirements.
Conduct scenario planning to evaluate future space needs and expansion opportunities.
Manage occupancy levels, seating capacity, and inventory records across all assigned facilities.
Coordinate moves, adds, and changes (MAC) activities to minimize operational disruption.
Analyze occupancy trends and utilization metrics to provide actionable insights for capital planning.
Develop executive dashboards and reports highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations.
Establish standardized space planning methodologies, governance frameworks, and automated reporting processes.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Experience with AutoCAD Design is required.
Experience with Construction Project Management is required.
Proficiency in Facility Planning and Facility Management Systems is required.
Ability to perform Feasibility Analysis and develop Forecasting Models is required.
Expertise in Optimization Strategy, KPI Reporting, and Metric Development is required.
Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) is required.
