What you'll do

  • Configure Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations based on client-specific customization needs.
  • Manage assigned technical tasks and coordinate timelines to ensure deliverables meet project quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues by analyzing system behaviors, reviewing logs, and resolving technical discrepancies.
  • Perform testing and validation activities to confirm platform configurations meet client and operational requirements.
  • Support third-party vendor integrations by coordinating technical requirements and validating connectivity.
  • Maintain implementation documentation including configuration records, technical procedures, and issue tracking details.
  • Provide technical support during post-go-live activities to resolve client questions and support platform stabilization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by documenting recurring challenges and recommending workflow enhancements.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 1–3 years of experience in software implementations, technical consulting, systems configuration, or client onboarding.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have experience configuring software platforms or supporting technical implementation projects.
  • Must have knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and technical issue resolution practices.
  • Must have experience with relational databases such as Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
  • Preferred experience supporting digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology platforms (preferred).
