What you'll do

Facilitate installation activities to ensure successful implementation of Jack Henry and third-party products.
Serve as a primary liaison between clients, internal product groups, and technical teams during the implementation process.
Conduct readiness reviews to ensure all aspects of customer setup are complete before implementation.
Establish project guidelines and timelines while monitoring milestones and escalating issues when necessary.
Troubleshoot technical issues following the completion of the installation.
Conduct exit reviews and document recurring issues to improve future conversion processes.
Train installation team personnel and provide guidance or training to customers.
Identify out-of-scope items and participate in project activities related to those specific requirements.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 4 years of experience working with software implementations, financial institutions, or fintech.
Must be comfortable working with technical and executive leaders within a financial institution.
Must be able to work extended hours including weekends as business needs dictate.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Project management experience (preferred).
Knowledge of Jack Henry products (preferred).
