As a Salesforce Administrator (Conga / CPQ Specialist), you will join a tech-forward operations team to own, scale, and optimize the Conga CPQ ecosystem. You will manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle by automating workflows, performing data migrations, managing change control, and conducting root-cause analysis for system incidents. Your daily work involves translating complex sales operations into scalable technical designs while ensuring data integrity and platform performance. The role requires at least four years of Salesforce CRM administration experience and hands-on expertise with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) or Quote-to-Cash applications like Conga CPQ or Salesforce RLM. Preferred skills include SQL or SOQL proficiency, systems analysis, and release management practices. You will solve critical business problems by streamlining seller operations through technical solution design within the financial services technology space.
Administer and optimize the Conga CPQ ecosystem to streamline end-to-end quote-to-cash workflows.
Automate sales workflows and enhance platform functionality to improve seller operations.
Execute data and metadata migrations during defined release windows.
Manage change control, testing, and release activities for system updates and enhancements.
Monitor platform performance and resolve technical incidents through root-cause analysis.
Perform data management tasks including imports, quality audits, and remediation.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce CRM administration.
Hands-on experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) or Quote-to-Cash applications like Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce RLM, or Conga CPQ.
Associate’s degree or higher required.
Ability to travel up to 5%.
Industry certifications relating to CPQ, Conga, or Salesforce (preferred).
Advanced expertise in the design and governance of a complex CPQ system with deep administrative mastery of at least one core platform like Salesforce (preferred).
Proficiency with database query languages such as SQL or SOQL (preferred).
Knowledge of systems analysis, technical solution design, change management, release management, and structured incident/problem management (preferred).
