What you'll do

Develop and implement HR transformation strategies that integrate AI, automation, and digital tools into existing business processes.
Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability for clients.
Lead the evaluation and selection of HR technologies, including HRIS and AI platforms, through the vendor selection process.
Manage end-to-end project delivery for HR transformation initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions when implementing new HR processes and technologies.
Identify and generate new business opportunities by writing and presenting high-quality proposals and value cases to prospective clients.
Coach and develop internal practitioners on the functional craft of HR transformation and emerging digital trends.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior managerial or leadership role.
Minimum of 3 years' leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Capital Markets Industry.
Experience with global clients and knowledge of international HR practices and compliance.
Agile or Scrum certification (preferred).
In-depth understanding of leading HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (preferred).
