As a Product Manager - Merchant - Healthcare Payments - Vice President on the Healthcare Payments Consumer Receivables and Digital Channels team, you will own key product domains within the merchant acceptance and payment device portfolio. The role focuses on the healthcare payments landscape, specifically addressing patient payments, premium payments, provider collections, and digital payment experiences while ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, EMV, and NACHA standards.

What you'll do

Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for healthcare payment solutions.
Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
Develop business cases and product recommendations that align customer needs with organizational objectives.
Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant solutions from discovery through launch.
Translate customer requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Monitor product, operational, and financial performance metrics to inform roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal partners to ensure products meet regulatory and security requirements.

What we're looking for

5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in payments, fintech, healthcare technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, customer discovery, and requirements definition.
Ability to influence and drive alignment across technical, commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Experience analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform product decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
Experience with healthcare payment technologies, merchant acquiring, card processing, ACH/eCheck, payment devices, or digital payment channels (preferred).
