As the Head of Growth, Imaging, you will join the Imaging Business Line within the Mission Systems Division to drive growth strategy and expand the imaging portfolio across US and allied services. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, software, and finance teams to develop data-driven strategies for Original Equipment Manufacturers, federal agencies, and international partners. Your daily responsibilities include building and mentoring a dedicated growth team, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing business development, account management, and mission operations. The role requires deep expertise in imaging technologies such as infrared, electro-optical, image processing, missile tracking, and seeker systems. You will solve complex problems involving computer vision, perception, and sensor data to provide tactical advantages for warfighters across all domains, including space, by delivering advanced hardware and software solutions that address critical security challenges.
Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy to expand imaging technologies across U.S. and allied military agencies.
Build and lead the Imaging Growth team across business development, account management, and mission operations functions.
Identify and manage strategic partnerships vital to growth strategy and program execution.
Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to identify and shape new business opportunities.
Partner with customers to identify and develop disruptive technologies for tactical and strategic advantages.
Manage the portfolio expansion of infrared, optical, laser, and threat tracking technologies across all domains.
Oversee internally and externally funded research and development projects to advance imaging technology.
Deliver on financial performance metrics and lead strategic market growth initiatives.
What we're looking for
Deep expertise in imaging technologies such as infrared, electro-optical, image processing, or missile tracking.
Proven leadership skills to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience with FFRDCs, UARCs, PEOs, OEMs, federal agencies, and/or Combatant Commands.
Ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic plans toward specific end states.
Knowledge of defense acquisitions including new technology introduction and scaling programs.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Advanced degree in Engineering, MBA, Military Sciences, or related fields (preferred); understanding of business operations and financial management (preferred).
