What you'll do

Lead the Emerging Technology and Transformation team while setting technical direction for AI-first architectures.
Design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI applications using Python and modern frameworks.
Manage the end-to-end development and scaling of AI solutions on platforms like Google Vertex AI.
Develop integrations for large language models, prompt management, and agent-based workflows.
Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proofs of concept to determine enterprise value and feasibility.
Drive responsible AI adoption by ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Create technology roadmaps and communicate strategic business impacts to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of work experience.
Strong, hands-on expertise in Python for building production-grade applications and AI solutions.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS AI services, or equivalent.
Experience designing, building, and scaling Generative AI capabilities including LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
Experience with cloud services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, IAM), Docker, and data platforms.
Experience defining AI strategy, platform selection, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments (preferred).
