What you'll do

Lead the Emerging Technology and Transformation team to drive the adoption of AI-first architectures.
Design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Own the end-to-end development and scaling of AI solutions on platforms like Google Vertex AI.
Develop integrations for large language models, orchestration layers, prompt management, and agent-based workflows.
Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proofs of concept to validate feasibility, scalability, and security.
Drive responsible AI adoption by ensuring governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor deployed models and services for drift, skew, and performance metrics.
Communicate technology strategy and business impact clearly to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of work experience.
Strong, hands-on expertise in Python for building production-grade applications and AI solutions.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS AI services, or equivalent.
Experience designing, building, and scaling Generative AI capabilities, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
Experience with Cloud services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and IAM.
Experience with Docker for application and workload containerization.
Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments is preferred.
