What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 25+ years of experience in asset management technology, front-office engineering, portfolio management, trading platforms, investment data/IBOR, AI-enabled engineering, or large-scale transformation.
  • Expertise in solution architecture including design thinking, API-first, event-driven, cloud-native, and resilient engineering patterns.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year technology modernization programs with measurable business value.
  • Experience leading a distributed global engineering organization across multiple regions.
