Head of Insight Generation and AI Adoption

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of data science capabilities, AI frameworks, and vendor adoption across all business lines.
• Define the global AI architecture and establish enterprise standards for implementation and governance.
• Oversee the full AI/ML model lifecycle from initial ideation to production deployment for global users.
• Manage major vendor relationships with AI platform providers and service partners to ensure high service quality.
• Standardize the adoption of cutting-edge technologies including Agentic AI, Generative AI, and foundational models.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet engineering standards for scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor high-performing global AI teams across the US, China, and India.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Mathematics, or a related field is required.
• A PhD is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in the asset management industry is required.
• 10+ years of hands-on AI experience delivering AI solutions and platforms is required.
• Proven experience leading global technology organizations across product, data, AI, and engineering domains is required.
• Strong understanding of the AI vendor landscape and experience adopting vendor products and open-source frameworks is required.
• Prior data science development and management experience in a large financial institution is preferred.
• A CFA or equivalent credential is preferred.
