What you'll do

  • Lead a team of cloud security engineers to deliver solutions for multi-cloud environments.
  • Uplift security controls across the organization's multi-cloud ecosystem.
  • Oversee cloud service hardening, policy-as-code management, and posture monitoring.
  • Manage the deployment and operation of security tools and controls across cloud platforms.
  • Maintain operational and governance hygiene including SOPs and reference architectures.
  • Audit existing infrastructure for configuration issues and security vulnerabilities.
  • Manage audit requirements and associated activities within the Cloud Security Engineering space.
  • Mentor engineers and coordinate training to maintain high standards of operational excellence.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with at least 10 years of SRE or cloud security engineering in public cloud environments.
  • Experience with at least 3 years leading SRE, DevSecOps, or cloud security engineering teams.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS or Azure, including service hardening and security guardrail implementation.
  • Working experience with Containers and Kubernetes within AWS, Azure, or OCI infrastructure.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and CMM.
  • Experience aligning cloud security controls to the MITRE framework.
  • Experience with cloud posture management tooling like Wiz or Prisma.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technical architecture and standards with user experience requirements.
