Hardware Systems Application Engineer

What you'll do

• Deploy next-generation NVIDIA MGX platforms, including Grace-Blackwell and Vera Rubin NVL72 racks, at large-scale data centers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and their OEM/ODM partners during deployments.
• Solve complex server system technical issues across hardware, software, and application levels to ensure customer success.
• Coordinate with internal architecture and NPI engineering teams to optimize customer solutions for high-performance servers.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal architecture teams to develop future GPU-accelerated data center roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to debug and resolve highly complex technical problems in dynamic environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of proven experience in system-level design and integration of server products from concept to deployment.
• Solid understanding of x86 server architecture, PCIe, DDR, Infiniband, and high-speed interconnects.
• Basic understanding of BMC architecture, I2C (SMBus), power management, and system telemetry controls.
• Familiarity with Linux OS and command line experience.
• Knowledge of the latest PCIe Gen5 and Gen6 technical interface challenges.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical presentation skills in English.
• In-depth understanding of CPU, GPU, Networking, and architectural tradeoffs (preferred).
