Hardware Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Define test requirements and perform tests on RF systems to validate designs during production phases.
• Design efficient end-of-line production tests that balance test duration with comprehensive coverage.
• Lead verification of multi-disciplinary projects by defining test methodologies and coverage standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and debug hardware issues using RF design tools and data analysis.
• Develop Python scripts to automate test data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless problems and provide independent recommendations for technical fixes.
• Execute detailed test plans for end-to-end system performance evaluation.
• Perform failure analysis of RF components and test setups to resolve hardware issues.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• 4 years of experience utilizing RF systems for wireless communications to design test setups and debug issues.
• 4 years of experience utilizing RF measurement for design validation.
• 4 years of experience using Python and other programming languages to perform test automation and interface with devices via APIs.
• 4 years of experience performing data analysis to summarize results for cross-functional collaboration and leadership presentations.
• 4 years of experience using software programming skills to develop unit tests, perform regression tests, and conduct root cause analysis on vendor software.
• 4 years of experience performing failure analysis of RF components and test setups to resolve issues.
