Hardware Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform component and system level debug and integration for RF, analog, and digital systems.
• Execute complex automated tests and calibrate test racks to validate hardware design features.
• Troubleshoot product designs and document lessons learned to suggest potential solutions.
• Conduct specialized analyses including signal integrity, power integrity, and teardown studies.
• Identify flaws in electrical, mechanical, or hardware components to ensure design compliance.
• Develop methodologies, process flows, and automation for the validation of new products.
• Document essential details regarding materials, chipsets, and assemblies for various devices.
• Provide technical input and support to internal customers and cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering experience, or Associate's degree and 3+ years, or High School Diploma and 4+ years.
• Experience in circuit and system level tests, including automated test execution, rack calibration, and report generation.
• Ability to perform component and system level debug for RF, analog, and digital systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic hardware, equipment, and integrated circuitry.
• Experience with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and RF tools (preferred).
• Experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation software (preferred).
• Military experience or training in the electronics field (Rank E4+ 2 years) (preferred).
