Senior HW Dev Engineer Payload, Hardware Development

What you'll do

• Own PCBA development from initial concept through final production.
• Design and optimize electronic sub-systems including high-speed digital circuitry.
• Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, and stack-up optimization for performance and cost.
• Manage PCB vendor engagement to conduct DFM reviews.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and automated test systems for board bring-up.
• Execute test campaigns for various modules and subsystems.
• Support the transition of hardware designs into full production.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
• BS degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industrial experience in board level analog/digital design.
• 1+ years of experience in high-speed digital design, multi-gigabit SERDES, signal and power integrity.
• 3+ years of experience using schematic tools.
• 2+ years of experience using lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters.
• Experience with Xpedition or Cadence layout tools.
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
