What you'll do

Create hardware solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking systems.
Develop and improve workflows throughout the FPGA and HDL design cycle.
Perform independent reviews of high-speed digital and compute-based designs.
Oversee the full PCB development cycle for host boards featuring FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs.
Establish strategies with internal stakeholders to deliver hardware and IP core solutions.
Create and maintain detailed product development schedules to ensure team deadlines are met.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
7+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive, or similar hardware.
Experience leading an Electrical Engineering team focused on Digital Design.
Proficiency in HDL languages such as VHDL or Verilog.
Familiarity with FPGA, CPU, MCU, GPU devices and standard interfaces like Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB.
Experience in design for signal integrity and power integrity.
Competence with test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, and automated testing.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
