What you'll do

Perform analysis, design, implementation, and test activities for guidance system development.
Support Internal Research & Development (IRAD) activities focused on inertial guidance.
Develop guidance concepts, technologies, and test equipment tools for laboratory infrastructure.
Operate basic laboratory environments and specialized testing equipment.
Deliver integrated engineering solutions to meet changing customer business needs.
Utilize MATLAB and embedded programming languages like C, C++, and Python for system development.
Apply knowledge of closed-loop control, estimation theory, and filtering to guidance systems.
Conduct circuit design, analysis, and FPGA design for electronic systems.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
Must demonstrate a scientific background and understanding of Guidance Navigation & Controls.
Must have experience with MATLAB, engineering systems, and electronics/electrical systems.
Must have experience with laboratory operations and equipment.
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) (preferred).
Experience with AI, simulation, modeling, and embedded programming (C, C++, Python, JavaScript) (preferred).
