What you'll do

Perform analysis, design, implementation, and testing activities for guidance systems development.
Support Internal Research & Development (IRAD) activities focused on inertial guidance technologies.
Develop test equipment tools and maintain lab infrastructure within the Advanced Guidance Lab.
Utilize MATLAB to advance guidance navigation and control technologies.
Operate laboratory environments and manage associated electronic and electrical systems.
Deliver integrated engineering solutions to meet evolving customer business needs.
Perform simulation, modeling, and embedded programming using C, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
Apply estimation theory, filtering, and data reduction techniques to guidance systems.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
Must have a scientific background with an understanding of Guidance Navigation & Controls and electronics/electrical systems.
Experience with MATLAB, engineering systems, and laboratory equipment operation is required.
Leadership experience leading a small team of engineers (preferred).
Preferred skills include MBSE, AI, circuit design, FPGA design, closed loop control, and estimation theory.
Preferred experience includes simulation, embedded programming (C, C++, Python, JavaScript), Agile methodology, and LabView.
