What you'll do

Participate in the full engineering lifecycle from initial concept to final production.
Perform requirements analysis, functional analysis, system architecture evaluation, and trade studies.
Maintain bidirectional traceability between stakeholder needs, system requirements, design, and validation.
Identify technical risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans.
Conduct reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A) analyses for components and systems.
Perform verification and validation planning, execution, and reporting.
Develop and manage system interfaces and Interface Control Documentation.
Support environmental qualification testing (EQT) to verify performance under operating conditions.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with the full systems development life cycle, requirements management, and system modeling tools (preferred).
Experience with hardware and integrated hardware/software systems (preferred).
Experience developing test plans, procedures, and reports (preferred).
Ability to utilize AI to improve system design and engineering processes (preferred).
