What you'll do

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and technical engineering products.
Perform requirements analysis, definition, management, and functional analysis for torpedo guidance solutions.
Conduct performance analysis, detailed trade studies, and validation of system elements.
Design system architectures and define interfaces for subsystems and system components.
Evaluate systems and development plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and government requirements.
Support system evaluation and testing to verify that designs meet stakeholder needs.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated expertise in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) (preferred).
Expert knowledge of torpedo guidance and control systems or experience leading systems engineering in large government programs (preferred).
Success leading the systems development life cycle with proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools (preferred).
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in negotiation and meeting challenging customer requirements (preferred).
