What you'll do

Perform analysis, design, implementation, and test activities for guidance systems development.
Support Internal Research & Development (IRAD) activities focused on inertial guidance.
Develop guidance concepts, technologies, and test equipment tools for laboratory infrastructure.
Operate basic laboratory environments and equipment within the Advanced Guidance Lab.
Deliver innovative, flexible, and integrated solutions to meet changing customer business needs.
Utilize MATLAB and engineering systems to advance Guidance Navigation & Controls technology.
Execute technical contributions and lead projects with minimal supervision.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Secret security clearance is required, obtainable within a reasonable time.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field plus 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience.
Demonstrate a scientific background and understanding of Guidance Navigation & Controls.
Experience with MATLAB, engineering systems, electronics, and electrical systems.
Experience with laboratory operations and equipment.
Leadership experience leading a team of 5+ engineers (preferred).
Experience with MBSE, AI, simulation, embedded programming, and LabView (preferred).
