Guidance Senior Advanced Systems Engineer will join the Guidance Systems team to perform analysis, design, implementation, and test activities as part of a system development effort. What you'll do

Perform analysis, design, implementation, and testing activities for guidance systems development.
Support Internal Research & Development (IRAD) activities focused on inertial guidance technologies.
Develop test equipment tools and maintain laboratory infrastructure in the Advanced Guidance Lab.
Design and implement innovative solutions to meet changing customer business needs.
Operate basic laboratory environments and associated electronic/electrical equipment.
Provide technical leadership and execution for engineering projects and team initiatives.
Utilize MATLAB, simulation modeling, and embedded programming to advance guidance technologies.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 6 years of experience.
Must have a scientific background with an understanding of Guidance Navigation & Controls and electronics/electrical systems.
Experience with MATLAB, engineering systems, and laboratory equipment operation is required.
Leadership experience leading a team of 5+ engineers (preferred).
Experience with MBSE, AI, circuit design, FPGA design, closed loop control, and estimation theory (preferred).
Experience with simulation, embedded programming (C, C++, Python, JavaScript), Agile methods, and LabView (preferred).
