What you'll do

Perform analysis, design, implementation, and test activities for guidance systems.
Lead a guidance systems team through various system development efforts.
Support Internal Research & Development (IRAD) activities focused on inertial guidance.
Develop test equipment, PNT tools, and lab infrastructure for the Advanced Guidance Lab.
Operate basic laboratory environments and specialized testing equipment.
Deliver integrated engineering solutions to meet changing customer business needs.
Utilize MATLAB and embedded programming languages like C, C++, and Python for system development.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 months of experience.
Demonstrate a scientific background and understanding of Guidance Navigation & Controls.
Experience with MATLAB, engineering systems, and electronics/electrical systems.
Experience with laboratory environment operations and equipment.
Experience leading a team (preferred).
Experience with MBSE, AI, simulation, modeling, and embedded programming in C, C++, Python, or JavaScript (preferred).
