GSOC Operator

What you'll do

• Monitor video management systems and access control platforms to detect real-time security incidents.
• Triage security events by prioritizing incidents based on established protocols and escalating as necessary.
• Relay critical information and clear documentation to the GSOC Tactical Supervisor during active incidents.
• Coordinate the deployment of response teams and manage communication with internal and external partners.
• Follow specific incident response protocols and escalation procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Participate in training sessions and drills to improve operational preparedness and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities for audit and assessment purposes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or three years of work experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize information effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on teamwork and collaboration.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or government work (preferred).
• Familiarity with modern security systems like Genetec or similar platforms; strong organizational skills; and multilingualism (preferred).
