What you'll do

Manage and oversee security programs for projects with requirements exceeding standard NISPOM rules.
Execute all aspects of the Customer Personnel Security Program including SCI/SAP access and polygraph requests.
Oversee physical security operations including badging, access control, visitor management, and facility documentation.
Ensure classified materials are properly controlled, transported, packaged, safeguarded, and destroyed according to regulations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with government security counterparts regarding program requirements.
Investigate security incidents and prepare the required reports for relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate records for personnel security, classified material accountability, and DD254 forms.
Conduct internal self-inspections and manage government staff assistance visits and customer security assessments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience.
At least four years of experience working with special programs in an ACSSO or CSSO role.
DoD Top Secret clearance with current investigation and ability to maintain Special Program access.
Expertise in interpreting security guidance based on ICDs, SEADs, 32 CFR Part 117, and DoDM 5205.07.
Proficiency in managing Personnel Security, Physical Security, and program OPSEC/P2 planning.
Ability to maintain relationships with government security counterparts.
Experience using systems such as SIMS, DISS, and JADE for personnel security records.
Knowledge of preparing and maintaining prime and subcontract DD254s.
